Exploring off-grid systems has been an exciting and hands-on journey filled with challenges for learning and innovation. I have worked on designing solar power setups while addressing challenges such as voltage drop over long distances to ensure efficient energy distribution. 

Water management has been a focus of mine for a while—developing a fresh water spring, constructing gravity-fed systems, and optimising a low-flow rate spring have furthered my understanding of sustainable resource use. 

Overcoming issues like freezing pipes required implementing effective solutions, such as insulation and passive heating from ground water to maintain functionality in colder months. 

Pumped water storage has proven invaluable for balancing supply and demand. I look forward to continuing to learn and explore new solutions to further refine these systems.
